What we process

When you visit this site or use the web app, your browser sends technical data such as IP address, date/time, requested URL, HTTP status, referrer (if provided), user‑agent, and related request metadata. For audio, images and fonts, your browser requests files from Cloudflare R2; this transmits your IP address and request metadata to Cloudflare to deliver the content.

Purposes and legal bases

Provide the website and web app (including audio delivery): Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests in a functional service). Security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting (including server/error logs): Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Processors and recipients

Hosting and domain: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA.
Storage/delivery of assets: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.
We have data processing agreements with our providers as required.

International transfers Processing may occur outside the EU/EEA (e.g., USA). Transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. Despite safeguards, third‑country transfers may carry residual risks.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set cookies and do not use analytics, advertising, or cross‑site tracking technologies.

Retention

Server and security logs are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above and in line with provider practices and legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in your place of residence or where an alleged infringement occurred. In Germany, authorities exist at the state (Länder) level.

We use TLS/SSL for data in transit and appropriate technical and organizational measures together with our providers.
